Procurements

The Workforce Development Board (WDB) obtains equipment, materials, supplies, and services by following the County procurement process. This procurement process allows the WDB to obtain the best value for each dollar expended and to uphold the public trust in an open and honest environment. All procurements, unless otherwise provided by law or County policy, are to be solicited on a competitive basis.  

Interested proposers must register with the County’s procurement system. Proposers are strongly encouraged to read the RFP in its entirety before submitting a proposal to the Workforce Development Board.
